Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a full refund of paid price /exchange of different size or product.
Knitmart.in 7 DAY RETURN POLICY-100% REFUND:-
Drop an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within a period of 7 days, from the date of receiving the order and we will take care of your returns.
Our policy last 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery date of the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packing.
However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
Please note that Knitmart’s 7 Day Returns Policy does not apply to Inner wear, Lingerie, Swimsuits, Socks.
Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Knitmart team. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
PACK & DESPATCH THE PRODUCTS TO OUR ADDRESS:-
Please ensure while couriering, you pack the products properly, and in safe non-tearable plastic envelope bags. Also, send the product through a good courier company like a Bluedart, Afl, Aramex, First Flight. This is to ensure that the product reaches us in good condition.

IMPORTANT DO's AND DON'ts - WHILE RETURNING PRODUCTS:-
The product, original barcodes, tags, labels and brand packaging should not be tampered.
Products should be returned in the original packing box. The box should not be damaged/ tampered by sticking label or otherwise writing on it.
While returning the products, pack the products in the box, and wrap a plastic cover of white paper on top of the Box.
Put your Name, order number and mobile number on the outer plastic cover.
If possible, email us the Courier AWB number so that we can track the returned shipment.
We'll not be able to accept / process refunds of products which are not received back in original condition. The product should be returned back to us along with the original packing box within 7days from the delivery date.
EMAIL US REFUND / EXCHANGE DETAILS:-
We process the Refunds in 3-4 working days, after we receive the products back in original condition. Refunds are done through Cheque, NEFT or back to credit card / net banking accounts used at the time of placing order.
We request customers to email us the name in which we should issue the Cheque. Incase of bank transfer (NEFT), we request customers to send us the following bank details - Name (as in bank records), Bank name, Bank branch address, Bank account number and Branch IFSC code. You can email us all these details on email@example.com.
We do not refund the return shipment courier charges.
